We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sarielia. However, should you wish to return an item, you will find all relevant information regarding returns and refunds below.
Conditions for a return
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods – unless the product is excluded from returns.
In order for us to accept your return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The piece of jewelry is in mint condition.
- It shows no signs of wear, scratches, damage or deformation.
- Certificates, proof of authenticity and accessories are included in full.
- The goods will be returned in their original packaging or equivalent, secure packaging.
- Labels or seals must not have been removed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Items excluded from the right of return
The following products cannot be returned or can only be returned to a limited extent:
- Custom-made / personalized products (e.g. engraved rings, individually configured wedding rings, special sizes)
- Jewelry that has been visibly worn or damaged
- Diamonds or gemstones that were individually sourced
- Products without original packaging or without complete accessories
Return shipping costs
The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there is an error on our part or a demonstrable defect.
We recommend insured shipping with tracking so that the return can be traced. The shipping risk until the package arrives at our warehouse lies with the customer.

Use the original packaging or equivalent, sturdy packaging. Include all documents (certificates, labels, accessories).

Review & Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

A direct exchange is possible, provided that:
- the desired item is available and
- The returned product meets the return criteria.
If the new item is more expensive, the difference will be charged. For cheaper items, we will refund the difference.
