Right of withdrawal

Customers from the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or an authorized third party has received the goods.

Alternatively, returning the goods within the 14-day period is sufficient.

Return shipping costs (EU): The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Refund (EU): After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) via the same payment method.

Since there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland, we voluntarily grant a 14-day return policy for orders from Switzerland.

• The 14-day period begins upon receipt of the goods.
• Returns can be made without giving a reason.

Return shipping costs (CH): The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund (CH): After receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.

A refund is only possible if the following conditions are met:

• The item is in unworn and undamaged condition.
• No signs of wear, scratches or alterations to the jewelry.
• Original packaging and certificates are included.
• Returns should be securely packaged (ideally in the original packaging).

Important note: We recommend sending the goods insured and with tracking. The shipping risk remains with the customer until the goods arrive at our warehouse.

The following products are excluded from the right of return:

• Custom-made / personalized jewelry (e.g. rings with individual engraving, special sizes, customer-specific configurations – as with the ring configurator)
• Diamonds with individual certificates, provided they were specially created
• Used or damaged items

The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item:
