Shipping costs
For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland, shipping is free for orders over CHF 150.
For orders under CHF 150, a shipping fee will be charged, which will be displayed at checkout.
Additional shipping costs may apply for deliveries abroad (e.g., to EU countries). These will also be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the following guidelines apply:
Stock items / immediately available jewelry
- Switzerland: approx. 1–3 working days after shipping confirmation
- EU: approx. 3–7 working days after shipping confirmation
Collections with extended delivery times
For certain jewelry items, the delivery time is approximately 3–10 business days. This is indicated in the respective product view.
Custom-made and configured products
For custom-made jewelry (e.g., wedding rings, configured rings, handcrafted bracelets, or specially cut diamonds), the delivery time is typically between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on the product. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the product description. We will inform you by email if there are any exceptional delays. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, any payments already made will be fully refunded.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer (except in the case of an error on our part or a verifiable defect).
- Returned goods must be in mint condition and must not show any signs of use.
- Labels should not be removed. Please return the products in their original packaging if possible to ensure optimal protection during transport.
