General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Sarielia – InfinityStar GmbH | Status: 2025

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries and services purchased via the online shop www.sarielia.ch or www.sarielia.com of InfinityStar GmbH.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their currently valid version.

2. Conclusion of the contract

A contract is concluded as soon as the customer submits an order in the online shop and Sarielia confirms the order by e-mail.

Sarielia reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons – especially in the case of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Lack of availability
  • obvious errors (e.g., pricing or description errors)

If an order is not fulfilled, a full refund of any payments already made will be issued.

3. Customer account

A customer account is required to place orders. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their login details secure.

4. Products & Presentation

Images, size and color information in the online shop are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product depending on screen settings and natural material properties.

Precious metals and gemstones may exhibit natural variations; such variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Prices & Currencies

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include – for deliveries within Switzerland – the statutory value added tax.

For international orders:

  • Swiss VAT will not be levied.
  • Additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes may apply, which customers must bear themselves.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of ordering is binding.

6. Payment options

Sarielia offers modern, secure payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • TWINT
  • Online banking options (depending on the country)
  • Bank transfer (advance payment)

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Sarielia reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods – e.g. in case of payment arrears, suspicion of misuse or negative checks.

For advance payments, shipping will only take place after payment has been received.

7. Delivery & Shipping

7.1 Shipping costs

Switzerland: free shipping for orders over CHF 150

Orders under CHF 150: Shipping fee as per checkout

International shipping costs as shown at checkout

7.2 Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Switzerland: 1–3 working days
  • EU: 3–7 working days
  • Collections with extended delivery time: 3–10 working days
  • Custom-made / configured products: 2–8 weeks

Delivery times are non-binding estimates. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

7.3 Transfer of Risk

Switzerland: The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping service provider.

EU: According to EU consumer protection guidelines, the risk passes only upon delivery to the customer.

8. Availability

Should an ordered product become unavailable after the contract has been concluded, Sarielia is entitled to cancel the order. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.

9. Complaints

Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

Complaints regarding:

  • Defects
  • damage
  • Shortages
  • Incorrect deliveries

Sarielia must be notified by email within 48 hours of delivery:

support@sarielia.ch

Late complaints cannot be considered. Damage in transit must also be reported to the shipping provider.

10. Return Policy (CH/EU)

10.1 Switzerland

Sarielia offers a voluntary 14-day return policy for regular, non-personalized items.

10.2 EU customers

EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

10.3 Conditions for returns

A return is only possible if:

  • The piece of jewelry is unworn, undamaged and in mint condition.
  • no signs of wear are visible
  • Please enclose all documents (certificates, labels, packaging).
  • The return shipment will be securely packaged.

After verification, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

11. Exclusion from the right of return

The following are specifically excluded from cancellation and exchange:

  • Personalized products (e.g. engravings)
  • Individually configured jewelry pieces (e.g. ring configurator, special sizes)
  • Diamonds or gemstones specially procured according to customer specifications
  • Jewelry with a merchandise value exceeding CHF 5,000.–, which is individually procured or produced.
  • Products with removed labels or seals
  • worn, damaged or altered items

These products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

12. Warranty

Sarielia offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Not covered by the warranty:

  • normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or storage
  • Impacts, scratches or self-inflicted damage
  • Loss or theft

The original invoice is required for warranty claims.

13. Repairs & Services

Sarielia offers paid services such as:

  • Ring size adjustments
  • Polishing & Cleaning
  • Stone replacement
  • Repairs

A cost estimate will be communicated before the work is carried out.

14. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of InfinityStar GmbH (Sarielia) until all claims have been fully settled.

15. Liability

Sarielia is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

The following are specifically excluded – to the extent permitted by law:

  • indirect damages and consequential damages
  • Variations in color or texture may occur due to natural material properties.
  • Size or weight deviations within normal tolerances
  • Delays or failures due to force majeure
  • Damage caused by improper use

16. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

For customers residing in Switzerland, Swiss law applies exclusively.

EU customers are also subject to the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their respective country of residence.

The place of jurisdiction for Swiss customers is 8500 Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
